In keeping with the QuACK goal of sharing exemplary work from the KnowItNow24x7 librarians, the following is a selection of email transactions answered by the leave-a-message answering librarians. This team of librarians provide a valuable service in following-up on messages left by patrons who could not wait (for whatever reason) for a "live" session on KnowItNow24x7. This series of emails demonstrates what cannot be done with the live service: provide info, get feedback, provide more information, in a timeframe not limited by the patron's schedule. Plus, two different email-answerers (Anita at Franklin-Springboro Public Library and Emma from Rocky River Public Library) were involved in a seamless transaction with the patron:
