QuACK is pleased to introduce our newest member, Katie Blocksidge. Katie is the primary KIN24x7 provider at Owens Community College Library, where she is in her second year as a staff member. Katie became a provider on the OhioLink queue in June. She is excited about the opportunities that KIN24x7 provides and says that the Quality Assurance Committee gives her another way to be involved.
