Transcripts are being made available online to provide:

• an alternate access method for agents to retrieve their own transcripts
• a way for managers to retrieve more than their regular emailed sampling
• a resource for research purposes
• a system of quality control

All transcripts from September 2, 2008, through the current date are accessible. Additionally, the comments from the online KnowItNow24x7 patron surveys are posted here. Patron identifying information and metadata have been deleted to address privacy concerns, and the pages require a login and password.
