Beginning, Monday, December 12, the ability to search transcripts is coming to the KnowItNow24x7 Provider site as part of an on-going effort to make the site more user-friendly and to increase its functionality. Transcripts will be accessible through a link on the Provider site's main menu as well as directly at:

http://provider.knowitnow.org/transcript.

Instructions for the new search function and transcript display are posted online.

As always, only librarians at KnowItNow24x7 provider institutions will have access to the transcripts. Transcripts for 2011 to the present will be available as they are loaded into the new database.
