A new design for WebJunction Ohio’s homepage recently launched. The new layout features more information and resources from WebJunction central. In addition, BlogJunction Ohio and the WJOH Calendar of Events have new names and new URLS. We are in the process of updating the RSS feeds on the WebJunction Ohio homepage. If you have RSS feeds from our blog our calendar you will want to update them too.

If you haven’t explored WebJunction Ohio recently this is a wonderful time to see what’s new. There are new discussions, resources posted by staff working in libraries and museums throughout Ohio and the nation, news about grants, and more. WebJunction Ohio includes online courses available to staff working in all types of libraries, museums, and library and museum related organizations. The courses are free (paid for by the State Library of Ohio). All you need to do is create an account (again it’s free!) and set up an Ohio affiliated membership. For more information about how to create an account go to: http://oh.webjunction.org and click on the “Member Center” on the far right of the top menu bar.
For details on individual classes, visit the WebJunction Ohio course catalog at http://oh.webjunction.org/catalog. You must be logged in as an Ohio affiliated member in order to enroll in the courses for free. If you see a price listed next to a course then you are not logged in. Courses are provided by LE@D - University of North Texas, LibraryU - Illinois State Library, WebJunction (2)
