Allowed File Transfer Size in Spark

The ability to send files (PDFs, DOCs, etc.) is a vital part of KnowItNow24x7 service. The current file transfer limit in Spark is 2MB. We would like to ask if librarians think this is sufficient. Has anyone encountered any issues relating to file sizes when attempting to serve patrons? Please feel free to login here and share your thoughts. Depending on everyone's feedback, we can investigate whether or not the allowed file size is sufficient or if it needs to be augmented.

I don't think 2MB is quite enough. It'll do fine for html files, most pics and even most pdf files. But high-res images or long articles saved as pdf will hit that limit fast.
Good size limit?
What do you think a good size limit is? What's the size of the biggest file that you've needed to send?
