Unfortunately we can't block an IP address. Even if we could blocking an address from say a public school or library would result in everyone at that location being unable to use the service.

What you could try is typing a message to them with their IP address telling them that it has been logged and that it has been reported.

If it keeps up definitely report it to support@knowitnow.org, we can try to contact the owner of the address and see if they can do something about it. Sometimes this is effective, sometimes not.
