The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County uses the HTML or library totals for our monthly figures. Is there any way to count the number of questions asked during a session? This may not be possible unless we tally them as we work on them.
There is no way to automate counting the number of "questions" asked by a patron during a session. This would have to be done by the librarian during a session or by looking at the transcripts posted online.
I do not use the CSV files. Instead, I access the transcripts a day or two after a given session to review and count how many questions each patron asked during their respective session.
