The new Spark client (now called SparkRef) is now available for download. Please do not install it until after your last shift for this week (November 8 -14). If you are upgrading please follow these instructions (Mac and Linux users please contact support@knowitnow.org for OS specific instructions)

1. Uninstall your existing Spark client.
   • If you have used the installer you can do this by going to your control panel -> add/remove programs. Select Spark
   • If you used the source install delete c:\program files\spark
2. Delete your existing Spark profile which is located in your home directory, c:\documents and settings\login name\spark
3. Delete any Spark shortcuts that are on your desktop
4. Download SparkRef:
   • Windows installer
   • Apple disk image
   • Linux installer
5. Run the installer after you have downloaded it.
6. Run SparkRef. After you have logged in go to help->about. You should see SparkRef 1.1.0 (Spark 2.5.8).
