This is simply a reminder that, until further notice, agents should not use the Spark Co-Browser to send web resources to patrons.
Until a fix is provided by the developer for the Spark Co-Browser "freezing" during chats, please use your own web browser to search and cut-and-paste URLs directly into the chat window.
The patron will receive the live link and will simply click on it to open the web page sent.
