The new Sparkref client starts automatically when I start my machine (Windows XP). I can't remember if the old client did this, but it's annoying. I checked in my startup folder and don't see the program listed. Is there an easy way to stop this from happening?

- Make sure you are using SparkRef
- Try deleting your SparkRef profile located at:

c:\documents and settings\login name\Spark - Mac

- I complete a call but I don't get any resolution codes. All I see is a grey box.
- Try the following:

- Try deleting the Spark profile located in c:\Documents and Settings\username\Spark. Where username is the name that you used when you logged into Windows.
